Purpose
Supports accurate and timely completion/delivery of encore publication submissions while building medical writing knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Carries out and is accountable for all activities related to the preparation and submission of encore Congress publications (ie, abstracts, posters, and oral presentations)
- Responsible for collecting and retaining all required documentation
- Manages multiple projects with support from manager
- Works closely with in-function and cross-functional team(s) to ensure completion of projects
- Maintains knowledge of requirements and guidance associated with good scientific publications practices and applies concepts to writing projects
- Learns and maintains knowledge of required systems, software, and processes used by the department
- Understands and complies with appropriate conventions, proper grammar usage, and correct format requirements, as needed for each writing project following applicable guidelines, templates, and SOPs. Accountable for the overall quality of publication projects assigned.
