In this role, you’ll lead a talented team, partner closely with leaders across the business, and shape scalable, automated processes that support Veeva’s continued growth as a global SaaS leader.

What You’ll DoOwn global services revenue operations for Veeva’s professional services and business consulting teams, spanning the end-to-end order-to-cash lifecycle—from contract and order review through invoicing and revenue supportLead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of 4+ revenue analysts, fostering a culture of accountability, curiosity, and continuous improvementServe as a trusted advisor to Veeva’s 1,500+ person services organizations, providing guidance on billings, revenue, and operational best practicesOversee month-end close activities, including Statement of Work reviews, invoice creation, and validation of data accuracy and completeness across systemsDrive process excellence through documentation, standardization, and thoughtful change management as the business scalesIdentify and implement automation solutions (e.g., Alteryx, Sigma, Gemini) to reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and enable data-driven decisionsPartner cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, Systems, and Services leadership to support growth initiatives and system evolutionSupport quarterly reviews and annual audits by partnering with external auditors and internal stakeholdersRequirementsBachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field7+ years of experience in revenue operations, accounting, finance, or a related operational role2+ years of people management experience, with a demonstrated ability to develop and motivate teams Strong learning agility—you pick up new systems, concepts, and processes quickly and confidentlySystems-savvy mindset with experience supporting or leading system implementations, integrations, or process transformationsHighly organized with strong attention to detail, balanced with the ability to operate in ambiguityProactive, solutions-oriented problem solver who follows through and drives outcomesCollaborative communicator and effective cross-functional partner#Li-Remote
