The Role
As a Commercial Account Partner, you will manage a broad spectrum of pharmaceutical customers and prospects across Iberia, with responsibility for all Veeva Commercial CloudSolutions.
You will be responsible for winning new logos, maintaining and growing our existing business, and managing strategic relationships at a HQ/affiliate level within the region.
A strong understanding of the life science industry, B2B sales cycles and a passion for solving business issues with innovative data and technology is ideal.
What You'll DoManage and grow relationships with key stakeholders across Business, IT, and C-level within our customersLead cross functional/regional teams to achieve targets and renewalsMeet/exceed pipeline generation and revenue targets including annual renewalsManage complex sales cycles, utilizing internal and external resources as appropriateAct with urgency, integrity, and a focus on the customerProtect and expand Veeva's footprint in the region through robust daily account management, new customer acquisition, a strong focus on operational excellence, and a passion for understanding and supporting your customer’s business and IT goalsOversee and coach the multi-functional global account team with robust internal governance to drive innovation and enable execution excellenceNavigate complex sales cycles, articulate contextual value propositions, and negotiate key contracts and annual renewals of licenses Manage account administration and actively provide input for accurate forecastingKeep current with industry trends and expand knowledge of legacy and novel Veeva offeringsRequirements5+ years combined experience across sales and consulting servicesExperience from Software/Consulting/Pharmaceutical Marketing AgencyDeep understanding of the Life Sciences industry and familiarity with digital transformation for Commercial within the sectorProven track record of cultivating multi-layered relationships across multiple functions, including, business, IT, and procurementAbility to articulate complex value propositions and ROI analysisOrganizational skills with high attention to detailStrong work ethic with focus on customer successSelf-starter / Self-motivator who can work in an autonomous environment Team first attitudeThe candidate must live in Spain, ideally in Barcelona or Madrid#RemoteSpain
