We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative and Office Assistant to serve as the operational backbone of our Cambridge office. This role ensures a seamless day-to-day workplace experience while supporting key people and culture initiatives across the organization.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, scaling environment and enjoys balancing logistics, people support, and cross-functional coordination. This role is based in the Cambridge, MA office.
Key Responsibilities Own day to day operations in the Cambridge office, ensuring a safe, organized and welcoming work environmentMaintain high standards across common areas, kitchen spaces, storage, and meeting roomsManage office and kitchen inventory end-to-end, proactively tracking usage and budgetReceive and manage packages, invoices, mail, and vendor deliveriesOwn all office-only vendors end-to-end, including service levels, billing, portal access, renewals, escalations, and performance managementCoordinate on-site hospitality and visitor access for interviews, leadership visits, team meetings, external visitors, and company eventsProvide people operations support in partnership with HR, including culture initiatives, new hire onboarding logistics (office side), local recruiting coordination, and employee engagement activitiesPartner with cross-functional teams to support company events throughout the year, including Town Halls and company wide eventsBasic Qualifications3+ years of experience in office management, workplace operations or people operationsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsExperience working in agile, cross-functional teamsComfortable managing a variety of priorities in a dynamic environment with multiple stakeholdersDemonstrated flexibility and professional maturity to readily understand priorities and anticipate needs.Deep Genomics encourages applications from all backgrounds who seek the opportunity to build the world's leading AI-driven genetic medicine company.
