Job Description

组织制定区域销售模块年度、月度计划，并组织下属团队按照部门计划开展工作，通过部门计划的推进和跟踪，确保销售目标的达成；
负责销售队伍的组建、培训、辅导和管理；
根据战略要求和业务的发展情况，负责对销售业务进行市场规划、市场推进并实现销售目标；
监督整体销售预算，监督销售活动的成本和效益，优化资源，安排费用；
负责销售团队的业务能力培养和开发、管理服务工作，提高业务团队的执行能力；
与各职能部门协同合作，积极组织并实施业务部的战略和目标；
上级主管安排的其他任务；
遵循商业行为准则，合法合理开展业务活动。
