Job Description

Your role at Allergan Aesthetics

Associate Director, Content Producer & Video Editor, Influencer Partnerships is a strategic, hands-on leader responsible for elevating and scaling best-in-class video editing across influencer partnerships within the Allergan Aesthetics portfolio. As a central creative authority and lead collaborator to the Influencer team, this role sets the vision and creative standards for all influencer video content, ensuring work is platform-native, trend-forward, brand-compliant, and optimized for performance across organic and paid channels.

In this individual contributor role, you will serve as both a creative expert and the primary owner of the influencer video content editing process. You will drive innovation in social-first storytelling, maintain a sharp perspective on emerging platform and editing trends, ensure all content meets platform-specific requirements and regulatory guidelines. While this position carries no direct reports, you will exercise significant creative influence, champion excellence, and forge alignment across teams to shape the final look, feel, and impact of all influencer video content.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic creative thought partner for influencer programming, guiding video concepts, creative development, and ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
  • Serve as the portfolio lead for influencer video editing across the Allergan Aesthetics portfolio, providing expert direction and hands-on execution for all influencer video content.
  • Edit and optimize influencer video content for organic and paid usage across all major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
  • Ensure all video edits align with brand guidelines, platform best practices, and performance objectives
  • Stay deeply attuned to social and cultural trends, emerging formats, and new editing styles; proactively champion creative standards, advocate for innovative video solutions, and represent influencer content priorities in portfolio-wide planning and cross-functional forums.
  • Apply a strong understanding of paid vs. organic video requirements, including safe zones, aspect ratios, captions, hooks, pacing, and platform-specific rules
  • Partner closely with Influencer Marketing, Social, Paid Media, and MLRC (Medical, Legal, Regulatory and Compliance) teams to ensure edits are compliant and ready for multi-channel deployment
  • Manage and execute video revisions efficiently based on internal, legal, and influencer feedback
  • Establish and maintain best practices for influencer video editing, including templates, workflows, and creative guidelines
  • Support rapid turnarounds for timely moments, launches, and tentpole campaigns
  • Ensure final assets are optimized for performance, clarity, and engagement while maintaining a premium aesthetic consistent with the portfolio
  • Maintain organization of video assets and versions to support reuse and amplification across channels
  • Stay current on platform updates, ad policies, and compliance requirements related to video editing and paid media usage
