Lead the strategy development and execution of HCP professional marketing initiatives for RINVOQ in Axial Spondyloarthritis (axSpA) and Giant Cell Arteritis (GCA). The scope includes AS & GCA strategy and tactics, along with broader cross-functional Rheumatology portfolio focused initiatives. The role will serve as the subject matter expert for the Brand Team and will be highly integrated with internal cross functional partners on a regular basis (including Medical, Regulatory, HEOR, Market Research & Analytics, IRA, Market Access, Sales, Patient Services). This role develops and leads effective HCP marketing strategies that are impactful, executable by Sales partners, easily communicated, pulled through strategically in omnichannel and clinically/financially supported for areas of responsibility (product, indication, channel, marketing mix, etc.).
Candidates should demonstrate the ability to lead without authority, have an innovative mindset to advance ways of working across large teams, be competent in managing multiple projects and developing and delivering presentations to leadership. This individual will report to the Marketing Director and have no direct reports.
