You’ll partner with teams across engineering, operations, and digital to design future‑proof automation that integrates seamlessly with our Information Technology / Operational Technology (IT/OT) landscape, meets Good x Practice (GxP) expectations, and improves day‑to‑day performance on the shop floor. Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Define and deliver end‑to‑end IT/OT automation solutions aligned with business, quality, and performance requirements.

• Design future‑proof automation concepts and shop floor equipment ready for seamless IT/OT integration.

• Lead implementation and integration of IT/OT solutions across multiple manufacturing sites globally.

• Ensure solutions meet stability, scalability, security, and Good x Practice requirements throughout the lifecycle.

• Own detailed solution design, delivery, qualification, and day‑to‑day operational readiness for projects.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high‑impact automation outcomes on time and budget.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance automation solutions, services, and user experience.

Essential Requirements

• Extensive experience delivering global automation or digital manufacturing solutions within complex industrial environments.

• Strong hands‑on expertise with platforms such as Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition, Historian, and Manufacturing Execution Systems.

• Proven ability to design and integrate Information Technology and Operational Technology solutions across manufacturing operations.

• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, shop floor operations, and industrial communication standards.

• Demonstrated experience delivering projects within regulated environments, meeting quality, compliance, and security expectations.

• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, translating business needs into scalable, future‑ready technical solutions.

Desirable Requirements

• Experience defining automation concepts for greenfield investments, including shop floor equipment selection or design.

• Experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment with Good x Practice requirements and audit readiness.
