The Associate Director will be responsible for leading all aspects of MAVYRET consumer marketing, including setting strategic direction, gathering insights, creating new tactics and planning and optimizing a significant media plan. The Associate Director will be responsible for leading agencies to develop best-in-class marketing that resonates with patients in a competitive environment. Responsibilities
The Associate Director will work closely with multiple commercial operations teams to ensure success in the development of strategy, creative and execution plans. Internally, the Associate Director will foster positive working relationships with the sales force, medical affairs, medical review, market research, sales training, regulatory review, business analytics, paid media, the Digital Lab and other cross franchise teams.
Externally, the Associate Director owns the relationship with various ad agencies, consultants, and other vendors to successfully drive the business. The AD must demonstrate the ability to lead without authority, while building a collaborative, integrated commercial brand team.
The Associate Director will own the overall strategy for the brand, including the direction for two campaigns, one to drive patients to test for hep c, and another to drive differentiation between MAVYRET and other hep c treatments.
