The is a critical role that will be handing the major brand in our filler category also will be responsible for the other two coming new product portfolios. This role will report into our associate marketing head.
Job Description:
- Responsible for product strategy, delivery and development for Filler brands
- Achieve brand sales objectives, market analysis, strategize for new brand launches
- Collaborate with Brand and In-Field Teams, facilitate stakeholder discussions (HCP and non-HCP), synthesize insights to identify target segments, determine brand positioning, and drive engagement
- Align commercial strategies with cross-functional teams and regional leads
- Develop Patient Journey and propose strategic objectives to ensure patient-centric brand strategies
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging aligned with Brand Story
- Design and implement marketing activities, including innovative and multi-channel tactics
- Develop marketing inputs for Strategic Brand Plan, consolidate tactical and long-range plans
- Monitor KPIs, manage marketing budget and ROI, track brand performance
- Build relationships with key customers and KOLs
- Lead brand activities planning and execution, support sales team
- Handle administrative and marketing execution tasks
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, AE reporting, codes of conduct, and local regulations
