Reporting to Parkinson’s Team Leader, the incumbent will be responsible for;
- Supporting long-term and annual Brand/Commercial strategies and tactical plans defining specific timelines, budgets and stakeholder responsibilities, aligned with brand planning process and Brand Team direction.
- Diagnosing and analyzing brand, market and competitors through gathering customer insights and competitive information; identifying drivers and refining segmentation based on customer needs.
- Coordinating the development of sales objectives, strategies, in field team materials, advertising, promotion program and market research activities and ensuring their execution.
- Implementing tactical plans, communicating clearly and proposing responsibilities allocation to cross-functional team members and in-field team.
- Maintaining an up-to-date understanding of customer perspectives through regular engagement with related stakeholders as appropriate (e.g. in-field visits, remote engagement.).
- Guiding and implementing innovative omni-channel marketing activities, including both traditional and non-traditional partnerships, to strengthen brand messaging across all channels.
