What can you expect? 

As Operations People Lead, you’ll take the lead in coordinating daily cleanroom and production support operations at one of our Belgian manufacturing sites. You’ll guide multidisciplinary teams through the end-to-end manufacturing process, ensuring everything runs safely, smoothly, and in full compliance with cGMP standards. With your hands-on leadership, you’ll foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous growth. 

Your Impact  

• Lead with purpose  
  You inspire cleanroom and support teams with clear direction and positive energy. You build a culture of trust, ownership, and performance. You coach, onboard, and grow your team. 

• Own daily operations 
  You ensure safe, smooth, and compliant manufacturing—managing everything from material flow to cryopreservation. You plan ahead, solve fast, and keep things running efficiently. 

• Champion quality & compliance 

You are the go-to expert for quality and compliance on the floor. You review documentation, enforce cGMP practices, and support audits with confidence 

• Collaborate & improve 

You work closely with QA, MS&T, Engineering, and Supply Chain. You lead improvement initiatives that boost efficiency, quality, and teamwork. 

Who are we looking for? 

Education 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science, Bio-Engineering, Pharmacy, or related field. 

Experience 

• Minimum 3 years in a cGMP or ATMP biotech/pharma environment. 

• At least 2 years of team leadership or project coordination experience. 

• Experience in aseptic cleanroom or support operations is a plus. 

Languages 

• Fluent in English. 

Strengths 

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. 

• Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced setting. 

• Driven by quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement. 

Expertise 

• Solid understanding of cGMP and cleanroom practices. 

• Familiar with Lean tools; MES/EBR or SAP is a plus. 

• Flexible to support shifts and occasional overtime.
