About the role
We are seeking a Commercial Excellence Manager to lead GSK New Zealand’s omnichannel and commercial effectiveness agenda. This is a hybrid role based in Auckland, partnering closely with sales, marketing and business leaders to improve customer engagement, planning discipline and commercial performance.
Your role will be varied and will include:
Leading omnichannel and commercial effectiveness strategy across NZ
Driving data, insights and performance management to inform decisions
Improving field force effectiveness and execution quality
Embedding systems, tools and new ways of working
About you
We are looking for a strategic, commercially minded professional with a strong background in commercial excellence, omnichannel and analytics led environments. You bring confidence partnering with senior stakeholders and a strong ability to connect insights across functions and drive strategic clarity.
You will need:
Experience in commercial excellence, omnichannel, digital or analytics roles
Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate insight into action
Proven ability to influence without authority
Experience in complex or regulated environments (pharma preferred, not essential)
An ability to see the big picture and not get distracted by the detail
