You will deliver high-quality customer service to healthcare customers and internal partners across Poland and selected European markets. You will manage orders, resolve inquiries, and work with supply chain, quality, and sales teams to ensure reliable delivery. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries through phone, email and portal, and provide clear, timely responses.
- Process sales orders end-to-end and monitor order status to ensure accurate, on-time delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, pharmacies, hospitals and internal teams.
- Escalate and coordinate supply or quality issues with supply chain, quality and sales partners.
- Maintain accurate customer and order master data and support data quality improvements.
- Support process improvements, onboarding of new colleagues and local compliance activities.

Why You?
Basic Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, order management, logistics or supply chain operations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Polish and good working knowledge of English.
- Experience using CRM, ERP or order management systems and confident with Microsoft Excel.
- Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail and a sense of ownership.
- Ability to follow procedures and to report safety or quality concerns promptly.
- This role is hybrid, with regular time in the Poland office and some remote work as agreed with the team.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical or regulated environments.
- Familiarity with Good Distribution Practice or basic quality systems.
- Experience with SAP Sales & Distribution or similar ERP platforms.
- Additional European language skills relevant to our markets.
- Experience supporting process improvement or continuous improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to coach or mentor junior colleagues.

The annual base salary in Poland for new hires in this position ranges from PLN 84,000 to PLN 140,000 gross, taking into account a number of factors including the candidate’s skills, experience, education level and the market rate for the role. Depending on the role and internal policies, the position may also be eligible for a bonus (if applicable and based on defined, non-discretionary criteria) and/or awards for exceptional performance (granted at the employer’s discretion). All statutory benefits will be maintained in accordance with Polish law. Other benefits may also be offered, which may include private healthcare, additional paid days off, life insurance, private pension plan and fully paid parental leave & care of family member leave. More detailed information on the total reward package applicable to your role will be supplied during the recruitment process.
