Here's what we're looking for:

Remote set up, 12 months (freelancer)

The Digital Health team is looking for a Customer Value Lead to join the current cluster of experts focusing on customer research and segmentation to enhance understanding of customer needs and value drivers in the digital health space. You will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial research meetings and project definition to cross-functional execution and budget management. You will be responsible for communicating high-impact research narratives to executive leadership while guiding complex decision-making processes across diverse departments and managing stakeholder relationships.

Your upcoming mission:

• Conduct customer research and foundational research activities.

• Lead and support customer interviews to understand needs and segment customer groups.

• Apply both quantitative and qualitative methodologies, including statistical analysis.

• Collaborate closely with existing team members to split and optimize workload.

• Focus on the digital health sector, ideally with evidence of past experience in this field.

Essential skills for your mission:

• Approximately 5-10 years of industry experience in innovation marketing and customer insights; additional experience in strategy development is a plus.

• Degree in psychology, sociology, market research or similar

• Proficiency in both qualitative (interviewing, journey mapping) and quantitative (statistical analysis, survey design, data modeling) methodologies.

• Strong background in Digital Health or MedTech. Familiarity with the Roche ecosystem is a significant plus.

• Native-level or professional fluency in English, another language either German or Spanish is a plus.
