AbbVie France is recruiting a Data Science project manager & Analyst reporting to the Business Excellence & ACE Transformation Manager, for our Business Excellence team integrated within the Aesthetics and Pharmaceutical division.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Perform exploratory and advanced analyses on complex datasets to identify trends impacting business outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to propose and deploy data-driven solutions.
• Present analyses and clear recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
• Develop and automate dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with data management and governance processes.
• Participate in the design and management of local and global data science projects.
• Stay up to date with advances in data science, machine learning, and digital tools.
• Support ACE transformation and customer excellence (Customer Experience, Omnichannel, Patient Experience).
• Promote cross-functional collaboration and the integration of data solutions into business processes.
• Actively contribute to steering the Business & Digital Transformation project portfolio.
