What You’ll Do:
We are seeking a forward-thinking and purpose-driven Director, Corporate Communications, to play a critical role in elevating Kailera’s voice and mission. This role is ideal for a talented communicator who combines strategic vision with flawless execution. Reporting to the Vice President, Communications & Investor Relations, this leader will shape our corporate storytelling, manage key communications channels, and ensure that our messages resonate consistently across audiences—from media and investors to partners and patients. We’re seeking a strategic communicator who combines strong writing and project management skills with creative thinking and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll help define Kailera’s voice, elevate our visibility, and bring a proactive lens to monitoring industry trends and developing executive materials. The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller and collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. At Kailera, you’ll have the opportunity to build a communications platform that matches our ambition to transform the future of obesity care.
