We're seeking an exceptional Director of Product to lead strategic product initiatives that will shape the future of AI-powered cardiovascular and pulmonary diagnostics. In this high-impact role, reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, you'll drive product strategy, manage a team of product managers, and work cross-functionally to deliver products that help clinicians save lives through earlier detection of heart and lung disease.

As Director of Product at Eko, You Will:
Strategic Leadership
Define and execute product vision and multi-year roadmap for Eko's digital stethoscope hardware, software platform, and AI-powered detection algorithmsLead product strategy for expanding our FDA-cleared AI capabilities, including murmur detection, AFib detection, and low ejection fraction identificationIdentify new market opportunities and product expansion areas in cardiovascular and pulmonary careDrive product-market fit analysis and go-to-market strategies for new features and productsPartner with executive leadership to align product strategy with company goals and market dynamicsTeam Leadership & Development
Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of product managersFoster a culture of innovation, data-driven decision making, and customer empathyProvide coaching and career development for team membersEstablish product management best practices, processes, and frameworksCross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with Engineering, Data Science/AI, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teamsWork with Clinical Affairs and Medical Affairs to ensure products meet clinical validation standards and drive meaningful health outcomesCollaborate with Regulatory Affairs to navigate FDA clearance processes for new AI algorithms and device featuresEngage with Design to create intuitive, clinician-friendly user experiencesSupport Sales and Marketing with product positioning, competitive intelligence, and customer insightsProduct Execution
Own the product development lifecycle from ideation through launch and iterationDrive prioritization decisions based on customer needs, business value, and technical feasibilityDefine success metrics and establish data-driven frameworks to measure product performanceConduct user research with healthcare providers to deeply understand clinical workflows and pain pointsChampion voice-of-customer throughout the organizationHealthcare Technology Expertise
Navigate the complex healthcare ecosystem including hospitals, health systems, payers, and individual practitionersUnderstand clinical workflows, reimbursement landscapes, and healthcare IT infrastructureDrive integration strategies with EMR/EHR systems and healthcare platformsStay current on regulatory requirements, clinical evidence standards, and healthcare technology trendsAs Director of Product at Eko, You Have:10+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years leading product teams5+ years in healthcare technology, medical devices, digital health, or AI/ML productsProven track record of launching successful B2B healthcare products at scaleDeep understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare provider needsExperience with FDA-regulated products or medical device developmentStrong technical acumen with ability to work effectively with engineering and data science teamsOutstanding communication and stakeholder management skillsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferredCompensation is market-based and reflects the cost of labor across different U.S. geographic locations.
