We’re looking for a data-driven, strategic, and highly analytical Director of Paid Media to lead our performance marketing efforts across all paid media channels. This leader will oversee our agency partners and own the strategy, execution, optimization, and scaling of paid media programs with a focus on driving efficient customer acquisition, revenue growth, and ROI for the business.

This role is ideal for someone who has experience with ecommerce or DTC brands, thrives in a fast-paced growth environment, and knows how to balance creative testing with disciplined performance management. You’ll lead a high-performing team while partnering closely with creative, analytics, finance, and ecommerce to unlock new growth opportunities.

Requirements

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop a strong cross-channel acquisition strategy that maximizes scale while maintaining CAC, CPA, and ROAS targets.
  • Oversee forecasting, budget allocation, and pacing to hit weekly, monthly, and quarterly growth goals.
  • Partner with Creative to develop high-performing ad concepts informed by data, customer insights, and channel best practices.
  • Manage testing roadmap and identify new platform opportunities and pilot innovative tactics to expand reach and improve efficiency.
  • Own performance reporting, highlighting insights, opportunities, and risks to senior leadership.
  • Partner with analytics vendors and internal team to improve attribution models, MMM/MTA, incrementality testing, and data-driven decision-making.

Basic Qualifications/skills:

  • 8+ years of experience in paid media, growth marketing, or performance marketing roles.
  • Deep experience managing large multi-channel budgets for DTC or ecommerce brands.
  • Proven track record scaling acquisition programs while managing efficiency metrics (CAC, ROAS, MER).
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making and testing methodologies.
  • Experience managing and developing teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities.

Benefits

Salary Range: $140,000-190,000
