Sword Business Development Representatives partner with sales and marketing to educate potential customers about the Sword solution in order to create and capture demand. As a Sword BDR, you will drive early conversations with consultants and potential clients and uncover important details that will assist the sales team during early stages of the sales process.
What you'll be doing:Work closely with the sales team in your assigned territory to help create and execute pipeline growth plansDrive outbound prospecting through account and contact researchWork closely with benefit consultants to drive awareness and create connections within local officesProcess inbound lead qualification from email campaigns and website inquiriesDrive attendance to marketing events, conferences and trade shows.Work within our CRM to track, analyze, and report on sales activities and KPIs while taking ownership in improving and creating various sales-related processesCommunicate directly with various points of contact within our partnerships team to advance the sales effortSupport the sales team at conferences and in-person meetingsWhat you need to have:Bachelor’s Degree preferred At least two years of work experience in a sales development or proven track record of success in a similar role Experience in a customer service and relationship-building roleExperience in the benefits, wellness or healthcare or SaaS spaceExperience in a role that has required curiosity, as well as great conversation and expert listener skills in order to be successfulExperience hitting goals both through personal contributions and through collaboration with othersDesire to make a difference at Sword Health as well as for our membersTrack record of resilience and success (can be from business, sports, arts, hobbies, or anything that requires dedication and perseverance)Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Apps, LinkedIn, and CRMs (Salesforce)Intellectual curiosity (deeper, open-minded and creative thinking to solve problems)Well-organized and self-motivated behaviors and prove-its that they thrive in environments with limited oversight or managerial interventionAbility to adapt in a hyper growth fast changing environmentUS - Sword Benefits & Perks:
