As the Finance Director, you will be responsible for leading strategic and operational financial management within the healthcare sector, ensuring strict adherence to internal quality standards and local regulations. You will oversee financial operations across four distinct markets (ARG, UY, PY & BO), driving financial efficiency, maintaining financial compliance, and actively supporting the company’s growth strategies

About the position:

  • Develop and execute financial strategies across all four markets (ARG, UY, PY & BO), ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and healthcare industry best practices.

  • Implement robust financial controls and ensure strict adherence to internal quality standards, local regulations, and financial legislation in all jurisdictions.

  • Drive operational excellence through digital transformation, proactive budget management across chapters, and optimized vendor management to ensure long-term sustainability and maximize ROI.

  • Responsible for defining financial roadmaps that align with global/regional goals and partnering with commercial teams to leverage financial solutions and secure complex, high-value deals.

  • Oversee the country P&L to deliver sustainable results, targeting Sales growth and Operating Profit margin expansion. Manage working capital to meet Cash Flow targets (DSO/Cash X) 

  • Lead and mentor high-performing finance teams across multiple markets, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and alignment with corporate values.

  • Proactively identify and mitigate financial and operational risks to safeguard company assets and ensure business continuity.

  • Act as the primary financial representative, maintaining effective relationships with auditors, financial institutions, clients, and key internal/external stakeholders.

  • Accountable for building and sustaining an effective and high performing team, ensuring opportunities for their growth and development while contributing to a strong LatAm leadership pipeline

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is highly desirable.

  • A highly influential leader with full proficiency in English (Spanish is a plus and can be developed), capable of managing competing priorities under pressure, navigating high-volatility environments, fostering innovation, and mentoring diverse, high-performing teams while effectively engaging stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Minimum 10+ years of senior financial management experience with a proven track record of overseeing operations across multiple markets and jurisdictions.

  • Expert knowledge of IFRS and local healthcare regulatory frameworks, with demonstrated experience in implementing rigorous quality controls, financial legislation, and audit readiness.

  • Proficiency in digital automation tools, data analytics, and AI applications, combined with practical experience in Agile methodologies to drive operational excellence and long-term financial sustainability.

  • Experience leading organizational transformations and Change Management.

Reporting Structure: The role reports solid-line to the General Manager (SAN) and dotted-line to the Regional CFO (Latam). This position will be based in Buenos Aires/Argentina.
