The Position

We are looking for a proactive Finance Excellence Partner (Finance Analyst) to oversee reporting integrity and champion continuous improvement within our finance operations. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to harmonize processes and leverage technological advances for deeper business insights. The Opportunity

  • Coordinate and monitor month-end closing tasks to ensure timely, accurate submissions that align with global financial guidance.

  • Maintain robust reporting systems and internal controls (ICFR) to ensure the absolute reliability of all financial statements.

  • Prepare high-impact reports and presentations that track actual performance against budgets, forecasts, and key KPIs.

  • Orchestrate the annual budget process, ensuring clarity of deliverables and timelines across the entire organization.

  • Proactively develop automated management reporting and integrate new technologies to enhance how insights are generated.

  • Act as the local key contact for Group functions and contribute to projects within the Subregion South East Finance Analysts Chapter.

  • Identify process inefficiencies and drive standardization across the subregion, including the alignment of master data with supply chain partners.

Who You Are

  • You hold a University Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field and bring over 3 years of solid experience in management & financial accounting, with a deep understanding of affiliate finance.

  • You possess advanced controlling and reporting skills, with the ability to expertly manage the system landscapes used by affiliates.

  • You have a strong working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office, with additional preference for experience in EDI and Salesforce.

  • You are proficient in BI tools (such as Tableau) and understand how to generate insights through technological advances.

  • You are a systems thinker who understands interdependencies and can establish harmonized financial processes across a subregion.

  • You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English.
