The Growth Marketing Manager will be a key member of the B2B growth team and will:
  • Own and execute multi-channel campaigns across webinars, content syndication, paid media, and email to drive qualified leads and accelerate pipeline growth;
  • Manage the campaign calendar end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals through close collaboration with content, design, and sales teams;
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data to optimize channel effectiveness and improve conversion rates;
  • Continuously test and refine messaging, creative, and channel mix to maximize impact and position Sword Health as a category leader

  • What you'll be doing:
  • Develop and execute integrated B2B campaigns that drive measurable results in lead generation, brand awareness, and market positioning;
  • Manage the campaign calendar across all touchpoints and channels, ensuring alignment with overall marketing priorities and business objectives;
  • Drive materially disruptive strategies that challenge industry norms and position Sword Health as a category leader;
  • Partner with content, design, and performance teams to develop cohesive assets, messaging, and strategies;
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, optimizing strategies to improve efficiency, engagement, and conversion rates.
