About This Role
The Head of People will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Everlywell by leading our People team, strategy, and execution during an important period of growth. This leader will ensure operational excellence across the People function, including talent acquisition, people operations, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, and total rewards. The Head of People will also play a central role in fostering a strong company culture and employee engagement, and will serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership and people managers.

Strategic LeadershipDevelop and execute HR strategies aligned with company objectives and growth plansPartner with senior leadership to build workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planningCoach Leaders around talent development and leadership topicsHR Operations & ComplianceOversee HR policies, procedures, and systems ensuring compliance with labor laws and HR best practicesImplement scalable processes for onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and HRIS toolsOwn key HR metrics and dashboards to provide insights and drive data-informed decisionsThis role is based in Austin, TX. We work in a hybrid-capacity - together in our office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays, while working remotely/ from home on Mondays & Fridays.
