ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a proactive HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end hiring process and attract top talent. Key duties include sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and supporting onboarding. You'll develop recruitment strategies and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates. A strong communicator with a strategic mindset will thrive in this fast-paced, people-focused role.

Requirements
Responsibilities
- Sourcing candidates using variety of search methods to build robust pipeline
- Screening and Evaluating Candidates
- Managing Hiring Process (interviews, selection, offer, negotiation and closing)
- Developing and Implementing Recruiting Strategies
- Building Relationships with hiring managers, candidates and other stakeholders
- Ensuring positive candidate experience
- Managing onboarding candidates
- Performing reference checks as needed
- Continuously upgrading to stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Very strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management
- Knowledge of recruitment principles and practices
- Problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or related field
- 3+ years of recruiting experience
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with wide variety of sourcing avenues
- Healthcare hiring experience and exposure is a plus
