・Ensure delivery of messages aligning with the strategies and intention of respective brands
・Achieve expected number and quality of speakers to cover all the planned P2Ps
・Manage invitations and messages of all P2P activities
・Ensure each symposium complies with respective local rules
【Responsibilities】
・Manage Marketing Liaisons to ensure delivery of messages aligning with the strategies and intention of respective brands
-Achieve expected number and quality of speakers: Supervise MLs to develop speaker criteria, identify candidates, conduct scientific/ strategic exchange, educate and assess candidates/ current speakers
-Manage invitations and messages of all P2P activities
・Plan national/ local events in collaboration with Sales/Marketing/Medical
・Allocate right speakers to right symposia
・Communication of message control
・Check if the plan complies with the local rules and intervene as necessary
・Support MLs to collaborate with partner functions, i.e. Marketing, Area Managers, Regional Sales Managers and Medical
・Help relationship management with respective KEEs
