Purpose:
The primary objective of this position is to provide financial business support to Intercontinental Finance & Immunology Commercial Leadership. This position will support reporting and analysis related to LRP, Plan, Update, LBE and Actuals, decision-making support, and recommendations to Sr Mgt. The incumbent will collaborate cross functionally and cross geographically, focusing on 6LBUs & supporting 3 Regions. Immunology Intercontinental Business is $3.2B (2026)
Responsibilities:
- Strategic partner for Immunology Intercontinental Directors and their reports - provide clear and concise reporting for ACT/LBE/PLN & LRP, both financial and commercial data.
- Financial Planning Cycles – ACT / LBE / PLN / LRP:
- Drive monthly ACT & LBE and annual Plan and LRP as required, including Sales, HC, and P&L.
- Track actual Sales performance and dynamics, understand main drivers, key changes, and market dynamics. Provide financial analysis & monthly sales reports.
- Active participation in the reviews PLN and LRP cycles with analysis consolidation, submission (reports & book)
- Partner with Intercontinental Finance Leadership Team and Intercontinental Immunology Commercial Directors in the elaboration of the Immunology Slides for Intercontinental book.
- Intercontinental Ownership and guidance on ACT&LBE/PLN/LRP Power BIs:
- Provide robust business intelligence solutions, including dashboards, reports, and commercial data visualizations in PowerBI.
- Develop, Maintain improve, customize, roll-out and maintain the Dashboards that are essential for INTERCON Immunology Commercial Model. These dashboards cover the key financial metrics tracked during regular planning cycles (ACT&LBE, PLN, LRP), as well as key commercial metrics tracked during regular business performance reviews (Market Shares, Commercial Models, Patients).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective data solutions.
- Utilize advanced analytics to extract actionable insights from large datasets.
- Intercontinental Ownership and guidance on CMI (Commercial Model Immunology).
- Monthly Area Performance:
- Co-ordinate monthly review preparations, consolidating input from each sub-team (Derm, Rheum, Gastro), assess and ensure financials are well supported through well-defended assumptions, including analysis on commercial model support through PowerBI tools.
- Review and propose Opportunities and Risks through SHIFT, VGSAM, and Commercial Model Power BI Tools.
- Support ad hoc analysis as required.
