The Role
As Field Marketing Manager or Senior Manager at Veeva, you have the opportunity to make a real impact while learning from and contributing to a high-caliber team at a high-growth company. This role owns the strategic marketing plan and integrated marketing programs to drive demand, build awareness, and support customer education and retention for Veeva’s Commercial Solutions in France and Benelux. You will work closely with Sales, Market Strategists, and Product Marketing teams in a fast-paced and rapidly growing business.
What You'll DoDevelop and execute field marketing plans, working with key stakeholders to define the goals, strategy, content, tactics, KPIs for the yearPlan and build integrated marketing campaigns for both customers and prospects utilizing various channels, content types, and tactics, including email marketing (Marketo), social, digital advertising, sales enablement etcDeliver virtual and in-person events from planning, preparation to execution, and reportingUse Account Based Marketing strategies to help support key deals and key projectsHelp organize the annual Veeva Summit, including logistics, customer communities, internal and external communications, event app management, and reportingWork cross-functionally with product, sales, customer success, and other teams to develop and execute go-to-market programsTrack and measure all marketing programs and optimize resources against objectives and budgetRequirementsNative-level French, with high proficiency in English5+ years of experience in demand generation/field marketing within B2B enterprise software or cloud-based solutionsAbility to turn vision into strategy and a marketing planExperience running integrated marketing programs for demand gen and customer campaigns, from planning, execution, to reportingProven ability to build relationships and collaborate with a number of stakeholders including sales, subject matter experts, services, and product marketingSelf-motivated, innovative, collaborative, creative, and analyticalExperience managing quarterly and annual program budgetsExperience in vendor management and negotiatingHands-on experience using CRM, marketing automation systems, digital advertisingStrong project management skills; excellent attention to detailExcellent oral and written communication skills, including experience copywriting for email, landing pages, and social media campaignsSelf-starter with the proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environmentGrowth-mindset and a team player #RemoteFrance
