Market Access Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing strategies to ensure coverage and reimbursement of GSK’s innovative products by public and private payers in Chile, creating the necessary conditions for patients to access these therapies in a timely manner.
This role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare system, regulatory framework, reimbursement policies, and funding sources across both public and private sectors. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Medical, Marketing, Market Access, Commercial, Regulatory, and regional teams, as well as with external stakeholders within the healthcare system.

Develop and execute market access plans and strategies aligned with GSK’s cross-functional team objectives and the requirements of the healthcare system.
Drive the inclusion of products in benefit plans and coverage by public and private payers, as well as their incorporation into institutional formularies.
Anticipate and manage access and reimbursement barriers and opportunities arising from changes in healthcare system dynamics.
Develop and present value propositions and access dossiers to support the inclusion of innovative medicines in evaluation and decision-making processes.
Support the development and presentation of pharmacoeconomic models and value analyses to Health Technology Assessment (HTA) committees and other decision-making bodies.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with payers, providers, health authorities, and other key stakeholders, collaborating with internal teams to facilitate patient access to innovative therapies.
Basic Qualifications
We are looking for professionals with the following skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in health sciences, economics, business administration, or related fields.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry in areas such as market access, KAM, government affairs, public policy, or health economics.
Strong knowledge of the healthcare system, regulatory environment, and pricing and reimbursement processes.
Experience in developing value propositions, access dossiers, and pharmacoeconomic analyses.
Experience interacting with public and private payers, health authorities, and other healthcare system stakeholders.
Experience working with highly specialized products, particularly in areas such as oncology, hematology, respiratory, vaccines, or infectious diseases.
It would be a plus if you have:
Postgraduate degree, specialization, or MBA, preferably in Marketing, Health Economics, Public Health, Epidemiology, or Healthcare Management.
Experience in Health Technology Assessment (HTA), economic modeling, or healthcare data analysis.
Knowledge of pricing and reimbursement strategies and development of innovative access agreements.
Experience in project management and working with cross-functional teams.
Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) and intermediate to advanced level of English.
