Main Responsibilities
Market & Access Strategy
- Deliver market assessments from an access perspective, mapping current and potential reimbursement drivers and structuring tailored approaches for external stakeholders.
- Analyze standard of care and value positioning across high-cost therapies in neuroscience.
- Assess comparative positioning and link evidence drivers with pricing and contracting strategies.
Value Proposition Development & Execution
- Transform economic, clinical, and real-world data into compelling messages for payers, regulators, providers, and budget holders.
- Lead deployment of brand value messages to external stakeholders, ensuring differentiation and impact in reimbursement decisions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as the champion of Market Access strategy within the brand team, ensuring alignment with commercial, medical, HEOR, and finance.
- Highlight cross-functional impacts of changes in the payer environment and proactively drive mitigation plans.
Launch & Lifecycle Management
- Support product launch readiness and post-launch follow-up from an access perspective.
- Lead opportunity sizing, access scenarios, and early engagement programs.
- Monitor commercial performance, pricing dynamics, and payer contracting throughout the product lifecycle.
