Position Summary You will be a trusted scientific partner for oncology clinicians and researchers across Argentina. You will build and maintain professional relationships and share clear, evidence-based medical information. You will gather clinical insights that shape our medical strategy and collaborate with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development and commercial colleagues. Responsibilities This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Build and maintain trusted relationships with oncologists, hematologists and multidisciplinary clinical teams in your territory. - Share balanced, evidence-based scientific information and clinical data with healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders. - Support clinical research activities, including investigator-initiated studies and collaborations. - Collect, analyse and communicate clinical insights to inform local and regional medical strategy. - Plan and lead scientific exchange activities such as advisory boards, investigator meetings and local presentations. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to support medical education, patient safety and appropriate clinical practice. Why You? Work model This is a field-based role in Argentina. You will frequently meet clinicians in person across your assigned territory and use remote tools to collaborate with internal teams. Regular travel and flexibility in working hours are required. Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals - Degree: Medical Doctor (MD), PhD, PharmD or equivalent life sciences degree with proven experience in oncology or onco-hematology. - Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of relevant clinical, research or medical affairs experience in oncology or onco-hematology. - Role experience: Previous experience engaging with healthcare professionals in a medical liaison, clinical research or related role. - Communication: Fluent Spanish and clear verbal and written communication skills; intermediate to advanced English. - Work style: Able to work independently across an assigned geographic territory and manage priorities. - Legal: Current legal authorization to work in Argentina. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus - Prior MSL experience in oncology or onco-hematology. - Direct experience supporting clinical trials or investigator-initiated research. - Postgraduate qualification such as MD with specialty training, PhD or relevant clinical fellowship. - Strong presentation, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills. - Proven ability to translate scientific insights into actionable medical recommendations. - Familiarity with the Argentine oncology landscape, clinical guidelines and key opinion leaders.
