Position Summary
You will operate and monitor packaging and filling lines to deliver safe, reliable and efficient production. You will work closely with technicians, quality and operations colleagues to meet daily targets and solve problems quickly. Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Set up, start and operate packaging and filling equipment following procedures and production plans.
- Monitor line performance and inspect product quality, packaging and presentation.
- Carry out routine cleaning and basic maintenance to keep equipment production-ready.
- Detect and report faults, troubleshoot within scope and escalate technical issues to reduce downtime.
- Record production data accurately and follow safety and quality procedures at all times.
- Work with colleagues to meet production targets and support continuous improvement activities.

Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:
- Secondary education completed or equivalent.
- Experience working in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Willingness and ability to work on-site in Belgium and follow shift patterns as required.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written procedures.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and interest in working with machinery and tools.
- Commitment to work safely in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Previous experience operating packaging or filling lines in a regulated environment.
- Knowledge of safety and quality standards used in manufacturing.
- Experience with basic maintenance or troubleshooting of production equipment.
- Comfortable keeping accurate production records and using basic IT tools.
- Language skills in French or Dutch to support local team communication.
- A collaborative attitude and interest in continuous improvement.
