We are looking for dedicated process operators to join our team at a leading biotechnology company. What can you expect in this exciting role?

Your journey begins with extensive training, where we immerse you in the world of aseptic (germ-free) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) operations, including the crucial procedures you need to master.

 

Afterward, you will join our dynamic and driven Operations team, which works together every day to fulfill our mission. Alongside your fellow operators and team leaders, you will perform aseptic and manual production processes according to strict, proven procedures.

 

• Daily aseptic and manual production processes
• Woring in a cleanroom lab environment
• Executing production steps in controlled environments (grade A/B/C/D) such as spiking, media changes, cell culture, and freezing therapeutic products.
• Managing equipment: inspections and maintenance
• Thorough cleaning and disinfection of materials
• Supporting transitions between production zones
• Ensuring patients receive high-quality therapies on time

 

Who are we looking for? 

• Education: You have a Graduates or Bachelor degree in pharmaceutical or biotechnological sciences or a related field of study. Or you have relevant experience, we believe that your mindset, passion, sense of accuracy and commitment to quality are more important than the education you took.
• Experience: We offer extensive, in-house training after which you can start working smoothly in your new role.  
• Languages: You are fluent in English, Fluent knowledge of Dutch is a plus!
• Strengths: You have a strong sense of responsibility. You are fully aware that your tasks are a vital step in our processes to getting our life-saving therapies to our patients in a timely manner. You have excellent organizational skills, with a penchant for structure and order. You can work accurately and diligently, with a keen eye for detail.

• A meaningful job with an excellent work-life balance. You will work 4 days (10 hours/day) in shifts, followed by 4 days off.  
• Be prepared to work across various shifts, including: 6:00-16:00, 7:00-17:00, 8:00-18:00, 10:00-20:00, 12:00-22:00, 14:00-00:00, 15:00-01:00 and 16:00-02:00
