As an Order Management Analyst at Roche, you will be part of the Supply Chain team, reporting to the Order Management Lead, and responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely execution of the Order to Cash process within the affiliate. Your role will be key in managing the end-to-end order lifecycle—from order creation to delivery—while ensuring alignment with customer commitments and business needs. You will collaborate closely with Commercial, Finance, Marketing and Planning teams to ensure product availability, resolve operational issues, and deliver an excellent customer experience, while also contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
The Opportunity
Create and manage sales orders, ensuring proper follow-up by validating customer forecasts, stock availability and minimum shelf life, and keeping customers informed on order status.
Coordinate with Marketing and Planning teams to manage backorders, allocations and order fulfillment in situations of stock constraints.
Manage customer claims, ensuring timely analysis, follow-up and resolution.
Prepare and process debit and credit notes, analyzing root causes and securing required approvals.
Generate and monitor operational reports to provide visibility on order status, service levels and potential issues.
Facilitate effective communication between Finance, Commercial, Planning teams and customers to ensure operational efficiency and high service quality.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects using agile and lean methodologies to drive process simplification and efficiency.
Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance or related fields, with 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Order Management or Finance teams.
Strong understanding of the Order to Cash process, preferably within healthcare, pharmaceutical or diagnostics industries.
Advanced knowledge of SAP (required), advanced Excel skills, and experience with Google Workspace tools.
Advanced/Fluent English (mandatory) for interaction with global stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities and contribute to continuous improvement in a collaborative environment.
