As a Payroll Officer at Legend Biotech, you will play a vital role in ensuring operational excellence and supporting our employees. What can you expect?

 Based on your experience, we’ll assign tasks with an appropriate level of complexity. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Payroll and administration: You will oversee personnel administration, ensuring data accuracy in all HR systems. You will manage time and attendance systems, resolve issues, and process payroll accurately and on time. Additionally, you will analyze and resolve discrepancies while preparing monthly reports and ad hoc requests
• Collaboration and employee support: You will act as the main contact for payroll, social law, and time registration inquiries. By working closely with HR and other departments, you will enhance efficiency and support onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Compliance and process improvement: You will monitor and integrate updates in social, fiscal, and labor law into payroll activities. Your role includes participating in audits, improving workflows, and ensuring compliance with all standards.

Who are we looking for?

Education: You hold a bachelor’s degree or have equivalent experience in payroll or HR administration.

Experience: You bring at least 2 years of experience in payroll, preferably in a production environment.

Languages: You are fluent in Dutch and English, enabling clear communication across teams.

Strengths: You are precise, independent, and take ownership of your responsibilities. Your interpersonal and communication skills are strong, and you handle sensitive information with discretion. You are analytical, eager to learn.

Expertise: You have in-depth knowledge of Belgian social and labor legislation. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is essential. Knowledge of eBlox, Protime, and Workday is a plus.
