The RINVOQ Derm Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Marketing Manager will actively contribute to the design, development, and implementation of brand P2P; product theatre and speaker bureau strategies; speaker program logistics and tracking; and tactical initiatives that support RINVOQ HCP commercial objectives. This individual will immerse themselves in the RINVOQ HCP brand strategy and utilize educational storytelling to pull through in peer-to-peer initiatives. They will plan, execute, and create educational materials for various P2P marketing-initiatives and closely collaborate with Internal and External Agencies and cross functional partners, such as: HCP Marketing, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Market Analytics and Business Intelligence (MABI), Legal, Office of Ethics and Compliance (OEC), US Commercial Compliance (USCC), Patient Services, Speaker Program Operations, Field Sales, and Business Services teams. This individual will lead work with multiple agencies and manage a large budget. A key expectation is the ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously. All program development and execution will require an awareness of both AbbVie P2P compliance rules and the ongoing Pharma industry compliance environment.
