Job Description

Product Manager, Clinic RWD and AI Apps

About Us

Natera’s RWD platform at the clinic connects an ecosystem of real-world evidence, genomic data, and clinical insights to deliver actionable information to physicians and researchers. We are building intuitive tools that integrate molecular diagnostics, clinical insights, and AI-driven analytics to improve patient outcomes and expand access to personalized therapies.

We are seeking a Product Manager to drive execution of our clinical RWD and AI applications. You will partner closely with engineering, AI/ML scientists, and clinical stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of features. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-moving team building one of the most advanced multi-modal RWD platforms in oncology and beyond.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the execution of delivery of features and tools within the Clinic RWD and AI product roadmap, ensuring alignment to clinical and business priorities.
  • Write clear, detailed, and actionable product requirements and partner with engineering to translate them into technical specifications for deliverables.
  • Partner with UX design to ensure user workflows are intuitive and effective for users.
  • Collaborate with AI/ML teams to build scalable functionalities, including patient-level insights, cohort analytics, and trial-matching tools.
  • Manage cross-functional project timelines, track progress, proactively identify risks, and remove blockers to keep development teams on track.
  • Develop, monitor, and analyze key performance metrics to track user adoption, feature usability, and product performance, and propose tactical improvements based on findings.
  • Gather feedback from end-users and internal stakeholders to inform iterative product improvements.
  • Support continuous improvements in user experience, including mobile and EHR integrations.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years of product management or related experience, ideally in health tech, data platforms, or AI/ML-enabled products.
  • Strong technical fluency; able to engage with engineers and data scientists on APIs, data pipelines, and system design trade-offs.
  • Track record of executing data-intensive projects on time and within scope.
  • Ability to analyze user needs, prioritize effectively, and deliver high-quality features.
  • Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, execution-driven mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Why Join Us

  • Play a key role in executing a transformative platform at the intersection of oncology, AI, and real-world data.
  • Work directly with clinical and scientific leaders while deepening your technical expertise.
  • Collaborative, mission-driven culture with real-world patient impact.
  • Competitive compensation and benefits.
The pay range is listed and actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
