Proactive Problem Solving: Identify potential blockers early and propose creative solutions to ensure scientific research remains on track.
Autonomous Execution: Work with high degrees of autonomy and flexibility, managing your own tasks and priorities while staying aligned with the broader scientific objectives.
Operational Governance: Establish and implement fit-for-purpose project frameworks and templates that enhance scientific effectiveness without adding unnecessary administrative burden.
Risk & Ambiguity Management: Identify, assess, and manage risks and dependencies across the project lifecycle, applying calculated risk-taking to navigate the inherent uncertainties of scientific discovery.
Stakeholder Synergy: Facilitate alignment across diverse scientific and cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and structured progress reporting.
Transition Management: Effectively manage the transition of deliverables to support long-term operational continuity post-implementation
Additionally, you possess the following qualifications, experience and personal attributes for:
Scientific Understanding: A genuine interest and basic understanding of the scientific basis of drug discovery and development, and a desire to support the delivery of life-changing healthcare solutions.
Entrepreneurial Mindset: Self-driven, proactive, and resilient, with a passion for "building to last" and standardizing workflows for future success.
Expert Facilitator: Experience in organizing cross-functional workshops or sprints to synthesize outcomes with senior stakeholders and Pharma partners.
Advanced Focus: Strong observation and focus skills, allowing you to deep-dive into complex problems while maintaining a holistic view of the project's impact.
Remote Collaboration: Proven ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate effectively in a virtual, global environment.
Who You Are
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or a related field, with 6-8 years of project-related experience.
Pharma Literacy: A solid understanding of the Pharma Value Chain, particularly the Drug Discovery process and its milestones, together with the data requirements for successful drug development transitions.
Methodological Expertise: Proven expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid setups, with a strong grasp of Lean concepts and Business Process Optimization.
