Gyakornokként a következő adminisztratív feladatokkal támogatod majd a 4 fős csapatunkat:

• dokumentumok ellenőrzött nyomtatása elektronikus dokumentumkezelő rendszerből (Veeva Quality Docs)

• dokumentumok egyeztetése elektronikus dokumentumkezelő rendszerekben (SAP és Veeva Quality Docs)

• különböző adminisztrációs munkák elvégzése (adatgyűjtés, excel-feldolgozás, adatjelentések készítése, jelentések értékelése, jelentések összeállítása)

• AI eszközök használata dokumentumok formázásához (Word, Excel)

• emailes kommunikáció az érdekeltekkel

• párhuzamos csapatmunka ugyanazon követő eszközben

Elvárások:

• Folyamatban lévő felsőfokú tanulmányok Magyarországon (aktív hallgatói jogviszony)

• Heti 20-30 óra vállalása előreláthatólag legalább 2026 végéig

• Folyékony angol nyelvtudás

• Precizitás és proaktivitás

• Érdeklődés a gyógyszeripar iránt

English description

As our Trainee, you will give administrative support to our team of 4 by:

• performing document controlled printing from electronic documentation system (Veeva Quality Docs)

• performing document reconciliation in electronic documentation systems (SAP and Veeva Quality Docs)

• performing various administrative work (data collection, excel processing, creating data reports, evaluating reports, drafting reports)

• using AI tools for formatting documents (Word, Excel)

• communicating with stakeholders by email

• working in team in the same tracker parallel

Requirements:

• Ongoing university studies in Hungary  (active student status is a must)

• Availability to work 20-30 hours per week until approx. the end of 2026

• Fluency in English

• Strong attention to detail and proactivity

• Interest in the pharma industry

Nice to haves:

• Ongoing uni studies in life sciences or related to pharma is an advantage

• Hungarian language skills

• Familiarity with AI tools
