With our continued growth and the ever-changing tech landscape, your responsibilities may expand to recruiting for new profiles, supporting business expansions, and meeting ambitious hiring timelines. To be effective, you will need to become familiar with the broader AbbVie functional ecosystem, our tech stack, and external technology market and candidate trends, ensuring that your talent acquisition approach is well aligned with our business needs and the broader market.

    • Manage an average of 15-25 active requisitions simultaneously.
    • Full-cycle recruitment responsibilities include but are not limited to leading strategic intake calls with hiring managers, posting roles, sourcing and screening talent, facilitating interview processes, proposing offer packages using equity & market analysis data, negotiating offers, upholding candidate and hiring manager experience, serving as a business advisor.
  • Utilize tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) to identify hard-to-find talent and inform talent sourcing / hiring decisions with market data and insights.
  • Update ATS in real time for data integrity, achieve recruiting metrics and report key accomplishments.
  • Additional job duties include sourcing and assessing passive candidate knowledge, skills and capabilities to build robust, qualified talent pipelines based on critical job profiles.
  • Ensure compliance to state/federal employment laws and AbbVie policies and practices for applicant tracking compliance and reporting metrics.
  • Serve as a true partner by collaborating with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), including HR Business Partners, to align hiring manager and enterprise objectives.
