Job Description

Assist in the accurate calculation, validation, and communication of sales incentive payouts, ensuring alignment with governance frameworks and company objectives,
Contribute to the design and refinement of sales incentive schemes by analyzing data and providing actionable insights to drive desired behaviors,
Assist in territory design and planning processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals by leveraging data insights and market research findings,
Manage the preparation and delivery of SFE-related ad-hoc and automated reports, including global tools and Sales Reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness,
Consolidate reporting needs from multiple departments and ensure the outputs address organizational requirements comprehensively,
Gather, analyze, and synthesize market data and research findings to provide actionable insights into customer behaviors, market trends, and competitive dynamics,
Integrate market insights into field force planning, territory design, sales strategies, and customer segmentation to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for optimization,
Assist in the implementation and management of automation initiatives for reporting, incentive calculations, and performance tracking processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors,
Act as a key liaison between the sales force, marketing, and SFE teams to ensure alignment on performance metrics and strategic priorities,
Actively participate in brand teams, contributing to both SFE and CEX initiatives while serving as a dedicated member to address brand-specific needs and objectives.
