The Role
Veeva Singapore is looking for a Senior Consultant with experience in business applications such as CRM, but also an interest in technologies that improve business functions with a desire to learn more. You will be part of a dynamic team of consulting services professionals responsible for the successful implementation of our highly innovative cloud solutions for the life sciences industry.
What You'll DoMake a difference in transforming the Life Sciences industry by implementing Veeva’s innovative cloud applications for our Life Sciences customersServe as the “product expert," representing all aspects of our product technology to customers and partnersSupport Customer Multichannel journey with industry and market expertiseLead or participate in business process discovery workshops and manage the projectTake complex client and solution concepts and articulate them to audiences of varying perception levelsPlan, manage, and perform application build, test, and deployment activitiesData migration from source systems into the Veeva applicationBe a primary Client contact for project questions, and build trusted relationships with Client stakeholders through interactions in person and remotelySupport and mentor Associates in developing skills and professional capabilitiesRequirements5+ years total work experience, 3+ years in Professional IT Services consulting experienceExperience in configuration/architecture of Enterprise Software (CRM, SAP, OpenText, HP, IBM, ServiceNow, Workday, etc.)Strong project management and delivery skillsExcellent Level of English skills – both verbal and writtenBased in Singapore and have the legal right to workVeeva’s headquarters is located in the San Francisco Bay Area with offices in more than 15 countries around the world.
