Job Purpose
The Senior Director Patient Services, Distribution and Field Reimbursement US will support and execute US patient services, distribution, and field reimbursement activities. The role focuses on operational execution in the US market in alignment with strategic direction and priorities established by group executive leadership.

Core Responsibilities
Pre-Launch (Build Phase):- Hub and affordability program: Assist with RFPs, vendor selection, contracting, technology integration, readiness activities, and governance processes.
- Specialty pharmacy & distribution: Support execution of the SP/SD model, including harmonized data and partner selection activities.
- FRM team build: Assist in implementing the FRM engagement model, SOPs, compliant documentation, field tools/CRM, training curricula, and KPIs.
- Workflow integration: Execute compliant workflows across hub, FRMs, SPs/SDs, payer teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Data & analytics: Support implementation of data strategy, reporting, dashboards, and data quality controls.
- Compliance foundation: Assist in compliance activities, documentation standards, approved content/scripts, training, and audit readiness.
- Launch readiness: Support simulations, cutover planning, playbooks, and readiness procedures.
Post-Launch (Execution Phase)- Hub operations oversight: Assist with operational oversight of the hub program, monitoring case quality, staffing, SLAs, and escalation processes.
- Specialty pharmacy network operations: Coordinate with SP/SD partners on service and data KPIs, operational issues, and readiness.
- Affordability programs: Support consistent execution of copay and bridge programs.
- Data integrity & insights: Maintain reporting dashboards, ensure data quality, and provide operational insights.
- Continuous improvement: Support workflow and technology enhancements based on KPI trends.
- Expansion readiness: Assist with preparations for new indications and payer dynamics.
Qualifications- 7-10 years of biotech/pharma experience with exposure to patient access services, reimbursement, and specialty distribution.
- Experience supporting patient services hub programs, including vendor coordination, technology integration, and SLA/KPI execution.
- Knowledge of specialty distribution/pharmacy networks and related operational processes.
- Strong understanding of U.S. reimbursement, benefit verification, PA/appeals, and affordability execution.
- Strong data acumen, familiarity with CRM/aggregator/reporting tools, and SP data.
- Knowledge of HIPAA, OIG guidance, and promotional standards.
- Strong communication, vendor support, and cross-functional coordination skills.
