The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a lean, high-impact Corporate Development team at Veeva, a leading enterprise SaaS company. In this role, you will support key strategic decisions through high-quality analysis, drive cross-functional projects that span strategy and execution, and own the team’s day-to-day processes.
What You'll DoResearch and evaluate companies, competitors, and marketsSpecial projects for executive, finance, and strategy teams. Provide the analyses and insights to help Veeva leadership make decisionsExecute M&A and support integration with cross-functional teamsBuild relationships across the ecosystem with management teams, investors, and bankersBuild and refine internal products, processes, and systemsRequirementsUndergraduate degree6+ years of professional experience, including several years in investment banking or equity research at a leading firmStrong financial and technical fluency (evaluating companies, modeling, deal structures, markets)Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects in a structured, organized wayStrong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills; comfortable working with senior leadersCrisp executive-level written and verbal communication skillsSelf-motivated, problem-solver, critical thinker, strong attention to detail, curious#LI-Remote
