Job Description

The Senior Manager, Paid Media Planning & Operations, supports the realization of business strategic imperatives through the development of integrated media models and plans. This role manages the full cycle of media planning, from briefing and translating business goals into tangible media objectives and plans, to reporting, optimizing channel mix, re-planning, and financial tracking.

Continuous optimization of brand media plans will be rigorously driven by brand KSIs, sales, and treatment goals. To bring these strategies to life, this leader will partner with key stakeholders across many disciplines—brand leads on the Consumer Marketing team, internal channel experts (SEM, Programmatic, Paid Social), creative agencies, CRM/Loyalty, Finance, Marketing Innovation & Measurement, Promotions, and more.

Core Areas of Responsibility:

  • Translating business treatment and sales goals into tangible media targets, multi-channel plans, holistic media strategies, audience segmentation, and budget requirements.
  • Managing financial and CPT forecasting, influencer strategies, and allowance circulation.
  • Ensuring executional excellence via implementation and automation of processes (using tools such as Airtable, Audience Briefs, PO Trackers, etc) to translate brand goals into digital KPIs/plans.
  • Coordinating with channel teams & measurement to align on reporting, and testing priorities; organizing cadence of testing (geo hold outs, audience tests, creative, etc.) and providing direction on reporting structure and KPIs to best integrate media performance.
  • Ability to proactively pull real-time data via partner platforms and Google Analytics
  • Championing digital marketing strategy and partnering cross-functionally for flawless execution, compliance, and measurable impact.
  • Driving innovation: testing new platforms, audiences (including 3rd-party data), measurement tools, creative placement, and partners to deliver on business objectives.
  • Participating in additional initiatives and task forces: Hispanic, ADC support, Field support, IBT, and Affiliate Marketing Management.
  • Partnering with Finance to streamline EOM reporting and quarterly accruals, as well as standardizing internal processes for SOW and PO generation and approvals
