Primary Job Function:

Position is responsible for GIC (Linzess, Viberzi and overseeing Creon) Gross-to-Net sales planning and reporting:

• Estimate rebates/discounts for products.  Provide ad hoc financial analysis as needed.  Prepare all required schedules for Plan/LBE/LRP.

Core Job Responsibilities:

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

1. Lead all aspects for planning and reporting for franchise’s rebates/discounts for Plan, LBE and LRP. 
2. Update all monthly and Plan/LBE schedules.
3. Assist with routine LBE submissions.
4. Take the lead in forecasting all product rebate/discount rate and utilization for all payer channels. 
5. Understand and discuss all price related variances on a monthly and plan cycle basis.
6. Attend routine planning meetings and Plan/LBE/LRP meetings with the brand team.  Primary contact for brand team for any pricing related questions.
7. Work with forecasting and commercial finance to present a consolidated net sales message.
8. Additional ad-hoc project work and analysis.
9. Coordinate timing of consolidated reporting and key deliverables for the US Commercial Pricing team.
10. Prepare Quarterly Landing file for Demand Planning net sales estimate
11. Key Contact for Investor Relations information and analyses
12. Role also intended to be the main contact/direct manager of any US pricing:  Short-Term Assignee, Intern, or FDP.
13. Role will also include presentations to Leadership and inclusion in US Therapeutic-wide activities.

Supervisory/Management Responsibilities:

This position will manager one Grade 18 level position

Position Accountability/Scope:

The incumbent is responsible for providing financial leadership to the brand team in development of the Plans, LRPs and LBEs.    This position reports to the Finance Director. The incumbent is expected to operate independently to accomplish the goals and responsibilities of the position; however constant alignment with the Director is critical due to the nature of the role.  In addition, the Senior Manager has a high degree of freedom to independently set priorities so that both planned and unplanned departmental objectives are achieved. This position supports and communicates with all levels of operating and financial management on an on-going basis.
