JOB PURPOSE:

This role is accountable for the business oversight, governance, and continuous improvement of a defined portfolio of AI agentic solutions, ensuring they operate within approved risk and control guardrails, enable effective execution of FRMC processes, and deliver sustained value.

KEY ACTIVITIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

• As a Risk and Control specialist, you are responsible of the service of FRMC AI Controls Testing agents and you will monitor performance of these agents to ensure outputs are accurate, correct, and fully aligned with FRMC standards, policies, and governance requirements, leveraging your risk and controls expertise

• Monitor and analyse AI agent performance, including KPIs such as accuracy, coverage, confidence thresholds, adoption, and response usefulness, leveraging finance processes and risk management and controls expertise to assess key metrics to ensure reliance on AI agentic solutions, recommending corrective actions and enhancements. 

• Review user feedback, identify areas for improvement, and drive refinements to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with FRMC standards.

• Manage, govern and maintain all manual data sources and quality of the data relevant to AI agentic solutions in cooperation with Business and FRMC teams

• Assess and report to FRMC lead and senior management on GSK Master Control Framework quality and healthiness, to be in line with applicable regulations (e.g. SOX/PCAOB), industry best practices and latest trends and highlight any deviations or gaps to FRMC leads to be addressed.

• Drive process improvements to maximize effective AI solutions, enhance controls testing quality, and ensure alignment with new ways of working, in line with regulations (e.g. SOX/PCAOB) and FRMC standards

• Serve as the FRMC quality gate for prompt and content changes prior to production deployment, coordinating with Technology and other FRMC teams.

• Design, validate, and continuously improve agents prompts and content, translating user feedback, performance metrics, and evolving FRMC priorities into actionable refinements. 

• Create detailed relevant business requirements for any changes and enhancements on specific AI agentic solutions and act as a Risk and Controls SME when translating business requirements to Tech and review and approve development solutions to meet business requirements.

• Ensure AI Governance compliance and define and maintain the business purpose, decision boundaries, and escalation rules for assigned AI agents

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in finance, risk management, controls, or business process governance within large or matrixed organizations.

Proven experience in process improvement, compliance, or operational risk oversight, ideally in a finance or control framework context (e.g., SOX).

Experience managing or coordinating complex business processes and stakeholders, including translating requirements, defining decision boundaries, or enforcing governance standards.

Familiarity with digital tools or AI-assisted workflows is desirable to evaluate agent performance, manage prompts/content, and ensure outputs align with approved FRMC processes.

Exposure to metrics monitoring, performance reporting, and continuous improvement cycles is strongly preferred.

Professional finance qualification (e.g., CA, CPA, ACCA, CIA)
