This position plays a crucial role in aligning people strategy with business goals and accelerating organizational performance. Acting as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, this role requires strong analytical capabilities and a forward-looking approach to talent. A key focus of this role will be elevating overall talent quality and using AI-powered insights to accelerate and improve people decision-making, while driving initiatives that boost performance, engagement and retention.

The People Business Partners operate as Chief People Officers for their respective ELT leaders, shaping talent strategy to unlock business growth. We partner closely with the organization to strengthen talent quality, ensure excellence in leadership decision-making, and enable an AI-powered, scalable people experience that aligns people development with how the business succeeds.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, serving as the strategic people lead for your aligned organization;
  • Collaborate with leadership to translate business objectives into high-impact people strategies that increase talent density and drive performance;
  • Leverage AI-powered tools, data, and analytics to inform talent decisions, model organizational scenarios, and identify opportunities to strengthen team effectiveness;
  • Monitor key talent, performance, and engagement metrics to measure impact and guide leadership decisions;
  • Analyze trends and insights to design forward-looking solutions, programs, and policies;
  • Provide guidance on promotions, salary adjustments, and compensation decisions informed by data and performance signals;
  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition to identify critical roles, refine hiring profiles, and ensure the attraction of high-caliber talent;
  • Support the design and implementation of performance management processes reinforced by real-time data and AI-powered tools;
  • Provide coaching and development to managers and employees to elevate leadership capability and performance;
  • Address employee concerns and grievances with fairness, consistency, and transparency;
  • Foster a high-engagement environment through clear communication, scalable programs, and feedback mechanisms;
  • Ensure HR practices comply with all relevant labor laws and regulations;
  • Stay current on industry trends, AI advancements in HR, and emerging people practices to ensure competitiveness and innovation.

  • What you need to have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • 7+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or a similar strategic HR role;
  • Talent management and performance consulting skillset;
  • Equally adept diagnosing problem solving and executing with a bias for action and outcomes;
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, use AI-driven insights, and present actionable recommendations;
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills;
  • Proven ability to influence leaders and build trusted relationships at all levels;
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
  • Deep knowledge of HR best practices, compensation strategy, and labor laws;
  • Ability to operate with autonomy while collaborating effectively across the People Team and broader organization.
