Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain the LMS, HXM Suite and IAS, including user roles, permissions, workflows, and system integrations.
  • Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to track training progress and effectiveness. (SAP Plateau Report Designer, SANA Insights).
  • Lead/Support LMS Integrations with external/internal platforms via API’s, OOB Connectors, etc. – ServiceNow, LinkedIn, Veeva.
  • Document system configurations, processes, and procedures for knowledge sharing and future reference.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the LMS, including system errors, data discrepancies, and user access problems.
  • Understanding of GxP, CFR Part 11, and data privacy regulations related to learning systems.
  • Good/Basic understanding of Validation Process’ and Robotic Process Automation.
  • Assist with Change Control and take agile approach with Platform releases (patches, upgrades, off cycle releases)

    • Test Scripts (ALM)
    • Implementation
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with organizational policies and standards.
  • Stay up to date with the latest features and updates in SAP SuccessFactors/SANA/Cognota and provide recommendations for system improvements.
  • Provide end-user training and support for LMS functionality and best practices.
  • Assist in shaping the BMS AI‑enabled learning ecosystems.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in SAP SuceessFactors.
  • 2+ years of experience in Learning technologies, with a focus on SANA/SF LMS/HXM/IAS administration
  • Strong technical background with experience in configuring and supporting Learning Platforms.
  • Proficiency in technologies/modules, including HXM Suite, Identity Authentication Service and Learning Management.
  • Experience with LMS/HXM/IAS administration, including user management, security roles, workflows, and system integrations.
  • Knowledge of learning technology content standards such as SCORM, AICC, and xAPI.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and data integration processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in learning technology.
  • Familiarity with other LMS’ (Workday Learning, Docebo, CornerStone, etc.).
