Técnico/a de Instalaciones — GSK (Aranda de Duero)

¿Te interesa un rol técnico con responsabilidad, visibilidad interna y enfoque en mejora continua? Únete al Departamento de Ingeniería y lidera la fiabilidad, seguridad y evolución de las instalaciones que soportan la producción farmacéutica.

¿Qué harás?:

  • Desarrollar y planificar los programas de mantenimiento preventivo del área ingeniería para garantizar la seguridad y fiabilidad de las instalaciones.
  • Gestión, organización y supervisión de las actividades de mantenimiento subcontratadas (hard services).
  • Coordinar y dirigir los proyectos de inversión que directamente se asignen y colaborar en los proyectos/actividades asignadas dentro del Departamento de Ingeniería.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de normativas de Calidad, EHS e Ingeniería. Investigar/liderar desviaciones operativas/técnicas y ejecutar acciones correctoras y preventivas.
  • Colaborar en auditorías internas y externas y preparar evidencias para cumplimiento normativo.
  • Elaborar y proceder a las modificaciones correspondientes en las diferentes Instrucciones Técnicas y Procedimientos.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de requisitos GxP, EHS y políticas internas de GSK. Ejercer de autoridad técnica de ingeniería (ETA) en los equipos y/o sistemas de su responsabilidad.

Perfil que buscamos:

  • Titulación universitaria en Ingeniería.
  • Experiencia en industria farmacéutica o entornos regulados (valorable en áreas productivas).
  • Experiencia sólida con el módulo PM de SAP.
  • Inglés mínimo B2 (oral y escrito).
  • Conocimientos en mantenimiento industrial, instrumentación, automatización y calibraciones.
  • Familiaridad con GPS/Lean y metodologías de mejora continua.
  • Capacidad analítica, autonomía, iniciativa, habilidades comunicativas y orientación a la colaboración multi‑stakeholder.
